Refund policy

Returns

• We are very happy to accept returns and/or exchanges on all our glitters and micas. Unfortunately, for safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our fragrance oils.
• We want you to be delighted with your Sparkle Town order. If anything is less then perfect, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide you with the correct address to return the items to. You will then have 30 days from the date of receipt of your items to return them to us for a full refund.
• Items must be returned to us ‘as new’ and in a saleable condition. 
• We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving your returned goods, but as a small business there may be times when it takes slightly longer.
