Shipping policy

  • Our delivery prices start from £1.95 to the UK, with complimentary delivery on all orders of £100 or more.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Occasionally there may be a slightly longer dispatch time when circumstances dictate, however this is unusual. We want to get your gorgeous goodies to you as quickly as possible, so we work hard to ensure this happens.
  • Our main shipping method is Royal Mail. You will be able to choose between 1st or 2nd class at the checkout.
  • Royal Mail's delivery time is usually 1 working day from dispatch for 1st class, and 2-3 working days from dispatch for 2nd class.
  • If your order is urgent please contact us and we will do everything we can to prioritise it for you.
  • There are some exceptional circumstances where we may have to use a different courier, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
  • Delivery outside of the UK – we will soon be offering delivery to some additional countries within the EU mainland, if you do not see your chosen country as a delivery option, please contact us. International deliveries will be sent by courier, chosen by us at the time of booking.
